We have 2 varieties of pear currently on our orchard both available late March through April:
 
Doyenné du Comice
This pear has greenish-yellow skin with a red blush and some russeting, white flesh which is smooth and juicy and taste like sweetened cinnamon . It is a large classic gourmet pear.
 
Taylor's Gold
This pear has a russeted cinnamon coloured skin, is tender and juicy with a delicate sweet taste. It is thought to be a mutation of the Doyenné du Comice pear.
